Leg springs, double leg springs and wire bending parts
At our facility we manufacture leg springs, double leg springs and wire bending parts in a wire thickness range of 0.20–2.50 mm. Our use of modern CNC machines allows us to manufacture an extremely wide range of shapes. We are therefore able to flexibly react to the requirements of the intended area of application.
We are able to rely on our 20+ years of experience when developing new springs. We work closely with our customers to design prototypes and continuously improve these until they are ready for series production. Quality is of the utmost importance to us during this process. All parts are subjected to full monitoring using camera measuring systems or laser scanners.
Our springs and wire bending parts are generally produced using EN 10270 spring wires. The spectrum ranges from patented stainless wires to valve spring wires or spring bronze.
We can also provide surface treatment for the springs after production on request.

Automated production: wire bending parts & leg springs
Our coiling and bending machines enable us to create an extremely wide range of wire bending parts. This image shows the production of a wire bending part with a wire thickness of 0.8 mm as an example.
CNC coiling and bending machines from Wafios (FMK2) for the manufacture of leg springs and bending parts. The machine is equipped with six CNC axes and its cross table is a special feature. The coiling/bending and cutting tools are positioned on this cross table. Due to the machine structure, this is a comparatively cost-effective method of manufacturing bending parts and leg springs. It is equipped for a wire thickness range of 0.6–2.0 mm.
Production of a double leg spring with a wire thickness of 2.00 mm. The double leg spring is ideal for self-resetting rotations with few components. It is used in all areas of mechanical engineering.
CNC wire forming machine from Itaya, MCX-20. The machine is equipped with 12 axes, allowing for a high level of flexibility during the design of wire bending parts. The machine is equipped for a wire diameter of 0.5–2.0 mm.
